Yes! As a legally-operating business in Texas we are not considered an “occasional seller” per the Texas Comptroller. Therefore, we are required collect state sales tax. This tax is paid by the customer and does not come out of the client’s sale proceeds.

NO! In addition to cash, K Bee also accepts credit and debit cards. K Bee has found that once customers know that we accept debit and credit cards customers are inclined to purchase more.

Yes and NO! Many items are sellable so please be frugal in your house-cleaning endeavors. K Bee advises potential clients to not throw anything away except for the following items:

• Food,
• Alcohol,
• Opened/expired toiletries; and
• Medicine (over-the-counter and/or prescription).

No! Unless agreed otherwise, K Bee will staff and operate your sale for a minimum of four days. In some cases where the number of items for sale necessitates, we will run a five or six day sale. We love selling!

That is completely up to the client. K Bee is happy to either leave all unsold items in the home or remove all unsold but sellable items and donate same.

Yes! K Bee Estate Sales (K Bee) is a professional limited liability company (LLC) registered with the Texas Secretary of State. K Bee also maintains a current sales and use permit on file with the Texas Comptroller.

Yes! K Bee maintains a current liability insurance policy.

Yes! We love packed attics and/or basements. We can remove all items and make them available for a safe shopping experience.

Yes and NO! K Bee has an in-house jeweler and we are specifically knowledgeable about fine, antique, vintage jewelry and sterling. For higher-end and more unique pieces, K Bee will often offer certain items for private sale to select customers who have expressed interest in paying competitively for these one-of-a-kind items. We provide this service in a discreet manner making sure to maintain the confidentiality of our buyers and sellers.

Yes! K Bee will remove all unsold but sellable items from the home. Once K Bee is done, the home will be ready for cleaning and photos.
