At K Bee Estate Sales, our team will handle everything from sorting and pricing to marketing and selling your items while, allowing our clients to take a break from the overwhelming process of downsizing. We handle all aspects of conducting and concluding a sale. Our motto at K Bee Estate Sales is for clients to “go to Santa Fe for the weekend and return to an empty house and a check!”

Prepare the Home for an Estate Sale

  • Ensure the items for sale are clean, organized, and displayed in way for customers to easily purchase. 
  • Ensure the home is safe for and easy to navigate for the public. 
  • Price items in the home with easy-to-read price tags. 

Market the Estate Sale

  • K Bee utilizes a robust email list that has been cultivated from hundreds of our estate sales. Our list consists of regular estate sale shoppers, antique dealers, and secondary market pickers who consistently come to K Bee sales. 
  • K Bee also utilizes online marketing to share our estate sales with likely customers. K Bee advertises heavily on Facebook, Instagram, and—in some cases—promoted marketing posts to reach potential buyers. 

Operate the Estate Sale

  • Our highly-trained staff will run the estate sale from start to finish. We have a passion for selling and excel at customer service…ensuring that we have hundreds of return customers who consistently come to every K Bee sale. We pride ourselves on running longer than usual estate sales. Thereby maximizing the opportunities for clients to sell their items at fair market values. 

Post-Sale Cleanout

  • Depending on the client’s wishes, K Bee can remove unsold items and donate those items to a local charity. 
  • Once K Bee has removed the unsold items and donated same, the home will be empty and ready for a professional cleaning.
