Need to have an estate/downsizing sale but not quite ready to start? One of the most common questions we receive from potential clients is: what can we start doing now?

• Start throwing away expired food. K Bee does not sell food, but if you’re still residing in the home start by tossing food that is expired. Once we start working on the home we will donate food left in the home that is not expired.
• Start throwing away expired and/or used toiletry items.K Bee does not sell expired and/or used toiletry items. Toiletry items include shampoos, conditioners, lotions, sunscreens, floss, toothbrushes, etc.
• Remove photos from frames and set aside personal financial, medical, and sentimental items. K Bee does not sell family photos. If you’d like to keep the photos but sell frames start removing those photos from frames. Additionally, every home contains financial and medical information . . . whether it’s in the form of prescription bottles or health insurance information. K Bee is diligent about setting aside for clients any personal health information, banking information, and anything that may be of sentimental value.
